The Congress struggle seems to be growing in favor and opposition about Hathras gang rape. In this sequence, Rahul Gandhi has been arrested. Rahul Gandhi wanted to go to Hathras and meet the victim’s family. But they were stopped on the way and Section 144 was imposed.
At present, Rahul Gandhi has been arrested under Section 188. In which one is arrested for disobeying the administrative order. Rahul Gandhi is saying that I want to go to Hathras alone. It does not violate any section 144. But the administration is not ready to accept this.
However, it is not yet decided whether Rahul Gandhi will be arrested and taken to the police station or taken to some other place and he will be released.
